1. Order Processing Times

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Below are our standard processing times:

Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) on business days are processed and shipped the same day.
Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the next business day.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on the following Monday.

📦 Amazon FBA Prep & Freight Shipping

For Amazon sellers, we offer Amazon-compliant FBA prep services. Freight shipments are subject to carrier schedules and warehouse appointments.

FBA shipments to Amazon Fulfillment Centers are dispatched within 1-3 business days after prep completion.
Freight orders (palletized) are scheduled based on carrier availability.


3. Shipping Costs & Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

Weight & Dimensions of the package
Shipping Destination (U.S. only)
Carrier Service & Delivery Speed

📌 How Are Shipping Rates Calculated?

  • For DTC and small package shipments, rates are based on real-time carrier pricing (FedEx, UPS, USPS).
  • For B2B and bulk orders, we offer custom freight quotes based on order size and distance.

📌 Note: Custom packaging, additional handling, or oversized shipments may incur extra charges.


4. Order Tracking & Delivery Updates

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email with a link to monitor your shipment.

Track Your Order Anytime: Log into your account or visit the carrier’s website.
Live Delivery Updates: Real-time shipment status and estimated arrival times.
Delivery Notifications: SMS & email alerts when your package is out for delivery or delivered.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at checkout.

✔ If an order is shipped to the wrong address due to customer error, additional shipping charges may apply.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customers are responsible for re-shipping fees.
✔ If an order is delayed or lost due to carrier issues, we will assist with filing a claim, but we are not responsible for carrier-related delays.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
